In addition, we spoil you with many other alcoholic beverages from our bar. For groups up to 10 people we provide a 3- course- menu with a choice of dishes from which every guest can then create his own menu.
We can offer also a vegetarian Main course (Ratatouille with Puree) if wanted.
We also offer a 5-course Menu which I also attached for you . Here you have some Starters and Entrées and the choise of the main dishes and desserts.

For the perfect steak you have to take the meat out of the cooling in time. It should be at least at room temperature. Dab the steak dry from both sides before frying, heat the grill and fry the meat sharply from both sides. It should only be turned once. With a steak of two centimeters you need for the cooking stage medium about 3 minutes from each side. Afterwards it should rest for a few minutes, so that the meat fibers unwind.
